Hi there!

Here is my 1969 Tin top Bay. He was born in Germany on 11th July 1969 then inported to the US on the 21st of that month, where he spent his days as an Airport Taxi in San Francisco.(who knows who could of took a ride in him! Elvis maybe?) In 2004 he was brought back across the water to sunny Bighty, where he now resides with me!

He has been lowered both front and rear and sports a set of Brm's with fat & skinny tyres. The bodywork is still OG with only a couple of small repairs done whilst still across the pond!

Engine wise he now has a 1641cc with twin 40's, which is ample to get him up to cruising speed!

As for the interior he has been refitted in black/white leather front and rear with a rock & roll bed and bench. Also I have installed a Dvd/Tv head unit with multi amps & subs.

He's also got a nice OG 1969 Lucas spot lamp on the front and Safety star on the rear with twin roof racks to finish the look!

What a great job you've done on the van SeanBoy. Absolutely what a Bay should be looking like and giving me ideas about what I should be doing with mine.

Still trying to decide on whether I should be beating mine with the lowering stick or not, but seeing how great yours looks is making me think.

Beautiful van! :thumb:
