Here are just a few snaps of my '61 Ragtop :)
A selection of the restoration photos can be found here: Jon's Beetle restoration photos part 1 (http://www.volksworld.com/photos/staff/2760/1/0/jon-s-project-61-ragtop-beetle.html) and Jon's Beetle restoration photos part 2 (http://www.volksworld.com/photos/staff/6962/1/0/1961-vw-beetle-1200-ragtop-deluxe.html)
I'm yet to finish uploading the final resto photos but I'll get around to it eventually ;)

Good work Jon, Fantastic to see the finished car that I know you put so much into, and with a deadline too which never helps. It looks awesome, and has a perfect stance, the overhead shot looks really nice, like the running board mats too.... Nice One!

I've finally got around to loading up the last photos of my build to VolksWorld. You can see them here (http://www.volksworld.com/photos/staff/10944/1/0/vw-beetle-ragtop-project.html) if you're interested.
This is still one of my favourites as it has the Panzer in the background.

I'm currently doing a second temporary engine to slot in as the 1200 is feeling very tired. Still saving for my 2007cc heads though. Until then there is another plan up my sleeve. ;)

Been busy this week tinkering away.

It needs a bit of a tidy up and could do with a tune but I took it out last night and it pulls like a train. It was pretty scary in the wet.
