What oil pressure should I get?

Hi,

I have a newly built 1641 engine in my crewcab, with twin Weber 34's.
I'm about to fit oil pressure and temperature guages, so before I get carried away with it, can anyone give me an idea of what oil pressure I should be getting from the engine, please, and what temperature should it be safely running at?

ideally 90C oil temp & approx 3bar oil pressure at operating temp- depends on the spec of your motor really, most aircooled will see 110C oil temp on a Mway run
