i have a 1600cc engine spare and i want to make it bigger;)

How "BIG" can i go with it?? ie 1641, 1776, etc

just want to have something with a nice bit of oomph in it for on the road

and does anyone know of where i can get info or read up on what the "best" bits i can put into an engine? ie the difference between engle cams n the like

i'm a bit of a "virgin" when it comes to modding up engine so wanna learn

Big with case machining or without?

Without machining the case then 1641 if you still want it to work. If you machine the case then say 2.3 :D

Laurie Petit is up in your neck of the woods and could explain things better for you.

Ulimately depends on how deep your pockets are, and engine isnt the end of the costs, you will have uprated gearbox, brakes, carbs and the list goes on
